A) Stay and Play
This is our allround package inlcuding tournament fee and accomodation at the venue 'Hotel 4 YOUth' - and including the typically German DipCon 'family atmosphere'. There are single rooms, twin rooms, 3-bed and 4-bed rooms. Every room has its own bathroom. The breakfast at this place is marvelous. We will have Italian and German dinner resp. a barbecue on Saturday. For more info please go to the Hotel page.
Our Stay and Play offers include:
- Tournament fee
- Shuttle or pick up service from airports and stations
- Accomodation at the convention hotel
- Half-board (breakfast and a warm meal)
- Bathroom in every room
- Free internet access
- A surprise....
3 nights Thursday-Sunday, per player:
- 3- or 4-bed-room: EUR 89 (~ $ 108) This is the standard offer.
- Twin room: EUR 115 (~ $ 140)
- Single room: EUR 140 (~ $ 170)
2 nights Friday-Sunday, per player:
- 3 or 4-bed-room: EUR 63 (~ $ 76)
- Twin room: EUR 85 (~ $ 103)
- Single room: EUR 105 (~ $ 127)
Note: the tournament will consist of 5 rounds starting Friday morning. You can only play 4 out of 5 rounds; your top 4 results will score 100%. Saturday morning is team round. There will be Berlin guided tours on Friday and Saturday that you can book later and pay on location.
B) Additional beds and additional nights
Berlin is always worth a family trip, a twosome vacation or holiday with friends. Feel free to bring along people who stay with you at the hotel.
Staatsoper, Potsdamer Platz, Brandenburg gate, the wall museum - haven't seen it all yet? Feel free to come earlier and/or stay longer.
Additional beds during the convention (per person, incl. breakfast):
- 3 or 4 bed room: EUR 25
- Double room: EUR 30
- Single room: EUR 40
Additional nights (per person, incl. breakfast): EUR 21
This offer is valid 3 nights before and 1 night after the convention (Mon-Thu and Sun-Mon). Before or after that you will have to pay the regular hotel prices. This offer is subject to availabilty so you have to book fast!! It is only during the convention that we have the entire hotel for ourselves.
D) Booking the tournament only: EUR 12
If you wish to stay some place else, just book the tournament and we will help you to find a hotel or hostel that suits you.
The tournament fee is EUR 12 (~ $ 15).
- There will be a precon offer (the Austrian FAT convention, a 3 day holiday trip through Austria/Germany followed by the WDC). The guys are still working on it ;-) We will inform you when details are clear.
- Use the online booking form to book. It will show you how many beds in the different categories are still available. You will get a confirmation e-mail with the invoice amount. - After you have booked you will have 2 weeks to pay. Within that period the bed / place is reserved for you. But: You don't have to pay before March 14, 2006.
- If you don't pay in time, your bed / place will be available to other players again until you pay.
- There is no booking deadline. Just book when you think it's time.
- Yes, 3 bed rooms cost the same as 4 bed rooms.
- If you want to come earlier or stay longer, we can not guarantee a shuttle or pick up service for you (however we will try).
